JKIservices exists to be the single call that covers it. We bring general contracting and maintenance together across five core trades — small projects, handyman, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing — so property managers, landlords, and business owners across the metroplex have one team they trust for the running list.

Most of our clients are commercial: offices and retail suites, multifamily and rental portfolios, light industrial and warehouse space, and the property managers responsible for keeping all of it running. That focus comes out of a background in facilities management and commercial real estate operations, so we think in terms of uptime, tenant impact, and the total cost of a failure — not just the invoice for the visit. The residential side of the business is smaller but real, and it is deliberately focused rather than scattered. We work in Grayson County — Pottsboro, Denison, Sherman and the towns around them — and we specialise in large properties: ten-acre-and-up homes, ranches, estates and lake places. Those properties are effectively small facilities. A private well, a septic system, several outbuildings and utility runs measured in hundreds of feet mean the fault is rarely where the symptom is, and they are badly served by contractors who work one trade and will not make the drive.
