General Contracting & Maintenance

Handyman

The value of a good handyman is not any single repair. It is having one number to call, and someone on the other end who already knows your property.

01

One contact instead of five

Sourcing a separate specialist for every small fault is how a two-hour list becomes a three-week project. Most maintenance items sit in the overlap between trades anyway — a running toilet, a dead outlet, a sticking door, a loose railing. We cover that overlap, which means one visit, one invoice, and one person who remembers how your building is put together.

02

Recurring and on-call maintenance

For landlords, offices, and small commercial sites, a standing arrangement works better than reactive calls. We keep a running list for the property and work through it on a regular cadence, which catches the cheap problems before they mature into expensive ones. A ten-dollar supply line replaced on schedule is a great deal against the alternative.

03

Mounting, assembly, and installs

TVs and shelving into studs or the correct anchors rather than into drywall and hope. Furniture and fixture assembly. Grab bars and handrails fixed into actual blocking. Window treatments hung level. This is unglamorous work where the only observable difference between good and bad is whether it is still solid in two years.

04

Seasonal checks for North Texas

This region is hard on buildings in specific, predictable ways. Summer heat punishes HVAC and attic ventilation. The occasional hard freeze finds every unprotected exterior spigot and uninsulated line. Spring storms test roof penetrations, flashing, and drainage. A seasonal walk-through catches these on your schedule instead of during the first freeze warning, when every contractor in the metroplex is already booked.

FAQ

Handyman questions we get asked

Do you charge hourly or by the job?

By the job for defined work, so you know the number before we start. Open-ended maintenance visits are hourly, which is usually cheaper for a long mixed list where individually pricing each item would cost more than fixing several of them.

Do you work with commercial properties?

Commercial is the majority of our work. Offices, retail suites, multifamily, and light industrial sites are the core of it, and our background is in facilities and commercial real estate operations. We take residential jobs as well, but the business is built around commercial property.

Can you keep a standing list for my property?

That is our preferred arrangement for repeat clients. You add items as you notice them, we work through the list on a regular visit, and the small things never accumulate into a shutdown.

What areas do you cover?

Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, The Colony, and greater Dallas–Fort Worth. If you are just outside that range, ask — it often still works depending on the scope.
