SMS Terms and Conditions

Our SMS program is used to send and receive service-related, transactional, and operational messages. Messages may include appointment and scheduling confirmations, service and status updates, account and order notifications, requests for information, customer support correspondence, and replies to messages you send us.

This is a conversational and transactional program. We do not send unsolicited advertising or promotional broadcasts through this program.

Messages are sent only to customers, clients, vendors, service contacts, and authorized personnel of JKIndustries LLC who have provided their mobile number and given express prior consent to be contacted by text. We do not send messages to purchased, rented, or third-party lists, and we do not obtain consent from any third-party source.

You may consent to receive messages from us in any of the following ways:

• By submitting your mobile number through a form on our website, where consent language is displayed together with links to these Terms and our SMS Privacy Policy;
• By providing your mobile number to us verbally or in writing in the course of requesting or receiving services, which we record as your consent;
• By texting us first at the number above, in which case your message constitutes consent for us to reply;
• For authorized personnel, by entering a number directly into our internal systems and verifying ownership by one-time passcode.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and the services you request. Recipients should expect no more than approximately ten (10) messages per day, and typically far fewer.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for this program, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages according to the terms of your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from this number. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. To resume, reply START or UNSTOP. Opt-out requests are processed automatically and immediately.

For assistance, reply HELP to any message from this number, or contact us using the details in Section 12.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by carriers, network conditions, or factors outside our reasonable control.

Information collected through this program is handled as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You must be at least 13 years of age and the account holder of, or have authority to use, the mobile number you provide. You agree to notify us if you relinquish or change that number.

We may modify or discontinue this program, or update these Terms, at any time. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
