SMS Privacy Policy

Our SMS program is used to send and receive service-related, transactional, and operational messages. Recipients may include our customers, clients, vendors, service contacts, and authorized personnel of JKIndustries LLC. Messages may include appointment and scheduling confirmations, service and status updates, account and order notifications, requests for information, customer support correspondence, and replies to messages you send us.

This is a conversational and transactional program. We do not send unsolicited advertising, and we do not message individuals who have not provided prior consent.

In connection with this SMS program, we collect only:

• Mobile telephone numbers of consenting recipients;
• The name or account reference associated with that number, where provided;
• The content of messages sent to and from those numbers;
• Message metadata such as timestamps and delivery status;
• A record of how and when consent was obtained.

We do not collect payment card numbers, government identifiers, or precise location data through this SMS program.

Mobile numbers and message content are used solely to deliver and respond to the messages a recipient has consented to receive, to provide customer service, to fulfill or follow up on requested services, to honor opt-out requests, and to maintain records of consent as required by applicable law and wireless carrier rules.

We obtain express prior consent before sending messages. Consent may be provided by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website that displays consent language together with links to this Privacy Policy and our SMS Terms and Conditions; by providing your mobile number to us in writing or verbally in the course of requesting or receiving services, which we record; or, for authorized personnel, by entering a number directly into our internal systems and verifying it by one-time passcode.

We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise acquire phone numbers or consent from third-party sources or lead vendors. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity and the services you request. This program is conversational and low volume. Recipients should expect no more than approximately ten (10) messages per day, and typically far fewer. We do not send recurring bulk or scheduled marketing broadcasts.

You may cancel messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from this number. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further messages unless you opt back in by replying START or UNSTOP. Message records and consent records are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to provide services, and to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements under applicable law. Records are stored on access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This program is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 13 years of age.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the mobile number and message records we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
