Terms of Use

The Site provides general information about our contracting and maintenance services and allows you to request a quote. It is an informational and lead-generation website. Nothing on the Site is an offer to perform work, a guarantee of availability, or a binding commitment of any kind.

Browsing the Site, submitting the quote form, or otherwise contacting us does not create a contractor–client relationship. No such relationship exists until we and you have signed a written agreement or accepted a written proposal describing the scope, price, and terms of specific work. Until then, neither party owes the other any obligation to perform.

Any figure, range, timeline, or estimate provided through the Site, by email, or in conversation is preliminary and non-binding. Accurate pricing depends on conditions that cannot be assessed remotely. Pricing is firm only in a written proposal or signed agreement, and remains subject to conditions discovered once work begins.

Articles, guides, checklists, service descriptions, and other content on the Site are general information only. They are not engineering, design, legal, financial, code-compliance, or safety advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional inspecting your specific property. Building codes, permitting requirements, and site conditions vary by jurisdiction and change over time.

Do not attempt electrical, gas, structural, or other hazardous work on the basis of content published here. You are solely responsible for decisions you make and actions you take based on Site content.

Project examples on the Site are labelled where they are representative scopes illustrating the type of work we take on. They are not claims about specific completed jobs, clients, outcomes, timelines, or results, and they are not a promise that your project will proceed similarly.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form, including impersonating another person or business;
• Submit unsolicited advertising, spam, chain messages, or commercial solicitations through the quote form or any contact channel;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system; probe or scan for vulnerabilities; or circumvent any security or rate-limiting measure;
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, mine, or bulk-download Site content, or to place excessive load on the Site;
• Introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the operation, integrity, or availability of the Site;
• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of Site content without our prior written permission.

We may block access, refuse service, and pursue any available legal remedy in response to a violation of this section, without notice.

The Site and its content — including text, layout, graphics, logos, and the JKIservices name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. These Terms grant you no licence to use them except to view the Site for its intended purpose.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice or liability. We do not guarantee that any message sent through the Site will be received, read, or answered within any particular time.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR CURRENCY OF SITE CONTENT.

This section limits warranties relating to the Site and its content. It does not limit or disclaim any warranty we expressly provide in a signed agreement for work actually performed.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

This section applies to the Site. It does not limit liability for work performed under a signed agreement, which is governed by that agreement, nor does it purport to limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JKIndustries LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Before filing any claim or action arising out of or relating to the Site, you agree to first notify us in writing at office@jkiservices.com, describing the issue in reasonable detail, and to allow us thirty (30) days to resolve it. Most disputes are resolved faster and at less cost to both sides this way. This step is a condition precedent to bringing a claim, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the Site after that constitutes acceptance.
