The quote form is the only place on the Site where we ask for personal information. When you submit it we receive:

• Your name;
• Your email address;
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
• Your city or service area, if you choose to provide it;
• The service and property type you select;
• The description of the work you enter.

Only your name, email address, and job description are required. Please do not send us sensitive personal information — we do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, government identifiers, or health information through this form.

Our hosting provider records standard server request data such as IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp. This is used to serve the Site securely, diagnose faults, and apply rate limiting that protects the quote form from automated abuse.

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your request and prepare a quote;
• Contact you about the work you asked about;
• Keep a record of the enquiry and any resulting job;
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you requested a quote.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this Site. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking script. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not respond to Do Not Track signals because we do not perform the tracking those signals are designed to stop.

We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. Your information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the Site and deliver your enquiry to us, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel — hosting and content delivery. Processes server request data as described above.
• Resend — email delivery. Processes the contents of your quote submission in order to deliver it to our inbox.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Quote requests are retained for as long as needed to respond, to carry out any resulting work, and to meet our record-keeping, tax, and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete an enquiry sooner using the contact details below.

The Site is served over HTTPS, the quote form is rate limited and protected against automated submission, and access to submitted enquiries is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to obtain a copy of it, and to appeal a refusal of any of those requests. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.

To make a request, email office@jkiservices.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Since we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing for you to opt out of in those categories.
